Andranik Hovhannisyan provides exclusive details about agreement between Aliyev and Pashinyan
“After the war, Azerbaijan has announced the initiative to establish a new structure that will also include the Republic of Armenia, and the issue of refugees will be considered within the scope of that structure,” citizen of Kazakhstan expelled from the Republic of Armenia, international relations specialist, former analyst of Orbeli Analytical Research Center Andranik Hovhannisyan said during the “Review” show, emphasizing that, based on Azerbaijan’s calculations, there are 1,000,000 Azerbaijani refugees, which is inaccurate.
Hovhannisyan assures that his sources are very reliable and that he isn’t stating the names of those sources in order to not put the security of those people at risk.
According to the former analyst at Orbeli Analytical Research Center, Azerbaijan wants Azerbaijani refugees to return to Armenia and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
“If the authorities of Artsakh and Armenia fail to ensure their safe return, they will have to transfer funds to those refugees to help solve the problem. Asked about Artsakh in an interview, Nikol Pashinyan said the topic related to the return of refugees is being discussed. Look at what the Prime Minister is doing. He always talks about secret agreements in his remarks, but he presents them very briefly, and then he immediately switches the topic and talks about something else, and then, when the topic is brought up and he is asked how a particular thing happened, he replies by saying that he had spoken out about it a long time ago and asks why people hadn’t said anything about the particular topic in the past. Now there is an issue related to the return of refugees. There are 40,000 refugees who will return to Artsakh, and this corresponds to the number of Azerbaijani refugees who left the territory of the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast (NKAO) in the 1990s.”
According to Hovhannisyan, Azerbaijani refugees will be located in all parts of Artsakh, particularly the territories of the former NKAO.
“Why isn’t Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan talking about this? Why does he say the refugees have to return, yet doesn’t specify what is being discussed?”
Hovhannisyan said during this period, the National Security Service of Kazakhstan has summoned him a few times after his publications regarding the treacherous policy of the incumbent authorities of the Republic of Armenia.
“The National Security Service of Kazakhstan is closely following my speeches and publications, and I am aware of this. It might be that the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia contacts the National Security Service of Kazakhstan and guides the latter to summon me. The fact is that I have been summoned to the National Security Service a few times and have been told to not make such statements, or if I do make such statements, I need to speak very clearly and understand that this will cause problems for my personal safety. Look, when nobody else was talking about it, I said there will be specific concessions in the Gegharkunik, Tavush and Syunik Provinces of the Republic of Armenia. Today I can add another province, and that province is Vayots Dzor. There will also be concessions in the direction of Nakhchivan very soon. The Prime Minister confirmed this in his interview yesterday when he said even though there is nothing mentioned about concessions in the direction of Nakhchivan in the document, but there has been a verbal agreement. Question: What else is there that the Prime Minister isn’t saying and we will know later?”
In an interview with “Review” before the war, you would insist that Nikol Pashinyan is a traitor and must be punished for his actions and the secret meetings of the members of his team, you would assure that Arsen Kharatyan, whose name was made public in Azerbaijani presses, and another three people whose names you didn’t mention due to your own safety, also participated in those meetings. Can you state the names of those people and provide details about the meetings now? In response to this question, Hovhannisyan said the following:
“Why did Arsen Kharatyan hastily leave Armenia for the United States? Why isn’t he suing me, if, for example, I am reporting false information? Why isn’t anyone suing me in Armenia? Why has Armenia blocked my entry and isn’t letting me return to Armenia? There have been several times when I have told them to let me return to Armenia, and if I am guilty, let them prove it and give me a sentencing. However, this isn’t taking place. The other persons have already come on the scene and are suing the people who are disclosing all this. Why has Lilit Makunts come on the scene after a year? What is she trying to prove by talking about defamation? If she is talking about defamation, she should contact me. After all, I am also talking about that. Why isn’t she suing me?
Armen Grigoryan has also come on the scene. Why was he keeping silent for a year? There are also other people who will come on the scene and denounce themselves soon. These people are coming on the scene and denouncing themselves from fear, or perhaps their nerves are on edge. All this will be proved soon, and all the guilty will be sentenced. They received $48,000,000 to implement a plan to persecute representatives of the Armenian Holy Apostolic Church, and this is happening. I said there had been discussions on Artsakh, and nobody has refuted this to this day. I clearly state that, yes, representatives of Armenia and Azerbaijan have held confidential meetings, and the issue of Artsakh was discussed during those meetings. Azerbaijan said certain territories need to be returned to Azerbaijan, and Armenia confirmed the fact that, yes, the 7 regions will be returned. Why didn’t anyone pay attention to the comments made by the Prime Minister’s wife who said the war was agreed on. I have kept that comment. When we combine all this, we see that there were confidential meetings, there was an agreement that territories had to be ceded, the war was agreed upon, Armenians lost their territories and nearly 5,000 heroes. Well, let them refute this, if this is inaccurate.”
Hovhannisyan underscored the fact that the meetings had begun in Tbilisi. “After the meetings in Tbilisi, there were meetings in certain cities across Eastern Europe, and it turns out that there was also a meeting in Dubai. I don’t know about the meeting in Dubai in particular, but Artur Vanetsyan said there was a meeting in Dubai. The former director of the National Security Service is simply obliged to speak, regardless of anything because our state is simply on the verge of perdition. Now all Armenians must speak so that we make sure the treacherous plan isn’t fully implemented.
According to some information, within the scope of those confidential meetings, the transfer of Artsakh was supposed to be in the following way: not only did the 7 regions have to be transferred, but also all of Artsakh during the war, after which the people of Armenia would start holding anti-Russian demonstrations, members of the opposition would be repressed, the whole blame would be thrown on the members of the opposition in Armenia and on Moscow since Russia was simply silent, didn’t help Armenia and this is why we Armenians lost Artsakh.
After this, people would raise the topic of Armenia renouncing the Russian military base. In other words, we all understand that Armenia had to proceed with the Georgian scenario, that is, it would cut all ties with Russia, exit the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the Eurasian Economic Union and slowly be under the influence of the West.”
According to the international relations specialist, this is first and foremost the game that London and Washington are playing. “The plan was drafted in London and Washington and was first and foremost targeted against Russia, Iran and China. These three countries are the main competitors of London and Washington in not only this region, but also the whole world, and all those countries have problems with Turkic-speaking nations within their respective countries. Within the scope of this plan, Armenia is disturbing them and simply needs to be eliminated. How must it be eliminated? Armenia will either become a Turkish vilayet or an Azerbaijani province, and we Armenians need to disrupt the plan and do everything we can to make sure this doesn’t happen. To disrupt the plan, Armenia needs to enhance, not impair relations with its allies, but it is doing the opposite.
