I clearly say to our international partners that Armenia has not recognized Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan, Pashinyan has: Tigran Abrahamyan
On the 32nd anniversary of the adoption of Artsakh’s declaration of independence, Tigran Abrahamyan, secretary of the National Assembly “I have an honor” faction, said:
Those of our international partners who declare that Armenia has recognized Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan, I want to say very clearly that NO, Armenia has not recognized it, the person holding the position of the Prime Minister of of the RA has declared such a thing, and that verbal statement has no legal force.
