Armenian Ambassador to Kazakhstan hopes Astana-Yerevan flights will be permanent
Over the past 5 years Armenia’s Embassy took practical steps on implementing the idea of launching Astana-Yerevan direct flight, Ambassador Ara Sahakyan told reporters.
“I hope the flight will be permanent,” he said. Ambassador Sahakyan invited Kazakh people to visit Armenia and get acquainted with the country’s tourism opportunities. On May 31 SCAT airline launched the first direct flight to Yerevan.
This will positively affect the bilateral ties, mainly from the perspective of development of tourism, mutual visits, trade-economic ties.
