President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan on November 10 signed a decree according to which Colonel Ashot Hakobjanyan has been appointed deputy chief of the Police of Artsakh.
President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan held a meeting in Stepanakert on November 9 with Armenia’s State Oversight Service director Davit Sanasaryan and his deputy Albert Abgaryan, Sahakyan’s office said.
