Your country was formed as a result of the heroic efforts and unyielding struggle of people, and it is the birth of the people’s right to self-determination. The American Declaration of Independence states that everyone has the right to pursuit happiness. Yes, Artsakh Armenians also have the right to pursuit happiness. It is my friendly request and admonition not to engage in the black business of making them miserable.
Our next guest is Varuzhan Geghamyan, who is an assistant professor at Yerevan State University and teaches on Turkey’s modern history and the history of Azerbaijan.
Our guest is Aram Orbelyan, an international law specialist, who is an attorney and managing partner at Concern Dialog law firm, and PhD in Public international law. Mr. Orbelyan lectures at the Academy of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia, and lectured public international law at French University of Armenia. Mr. Orbelyan was Deputy Minister of Justice of Armenia between 2011 and 2014.
In the nearest future, i.e. the coming winter, a final solution to the Sotk gold mine issue is expected. The thing is that after the defeated 44-day war in 2020, some part of the mine came under Azerbaijani control.
