Sharmazanov considers Artsakh people’s right to self-determination as cornerstone of Karabakh conflict settlement
The main cornerstone of Karabakh conflict settlement is Artsakh people’s right to self-determination, Vice President of the Armenian National Assembly (NA) Eduard Sharmazanov said during the NA announcements.
“In other words, the people of Artsakh should themselves be a blacksmith of their fate, Sharmazanov emphasized.
According to him, there are no and cannot be other settlements of the conflict.
