Raul Castro not to Allow Obama to Tap on His Shoulder

After the press conference of the US president Barak Obama and Cuba’s leader Raul Castro in Havana, the US president wanted to tap on the shoulder of his Cuban counterpart, but Castro didn’t allow him. The video has been posted on RT TV’s YouTube page.

Instead, Castro shook Obama’s hand and waved in the air.

Note, Obama paid an official visit to Cuba. American presidents haven’t visited Havana for 90 years. This visit, according to the US president, became a symbol for the end of the Cold War between the two.
