Varuzhan Avetisyan doesn’t Know where Garegin Chugaszyan is
“I can’t say where Mr. Chugaszyan is,” Varuzhan Avetisyan, member of the Founding Parliament and “Sasna Tsrer,” who together with an armed group took Armenian police patrol regiment headquarters early in the morning of July 17.
Note, a few days ago—on July 12, Garegin Chugaszyan, Deputy Chairman of the Founding Parliament, received a letter from Jirair Sefilian, who is in Vardashen penitentiary, by which the latter entitled the responsibility of the initiated movement to Chugaszyan. The latter, however, has disappeared from July 17, as well as isn’t among those taking the regiment headquarters. Only yesterday, he made a post on Facebook, his cell phone is unreachable, and it isn’t possible to communicate with him.
To the question of 168.am why Garegin Chugaszyan wasn’t with them, Varuzhan Avetisyan replied, “I was informed that he made posts on Facebook and etc., I know that, but I can’t say where he physically is and what he’s doing for the time being.”
