Armenian PM Hovik Abrahamyan Resigns
At the end of the Armenian Government’s session Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan issued an announcement and said he resigns. He talked about the work implemented until now since the program has been introduced in the NA in 2014. According to the PM, despite great efforts by the Government to develop a dialogue with all segments of the society, it is still polarized.
“Honestly, the realistic approaches had their results, but the society still remained polarized. The society’s and Government’s united efforts are necessary. A new beginning is needed for that, there is a need to think about everyone’s success and give a chance to the new Government,” Hovik Abrahamyan said.
H.Abrahamyan stated that works have been essentially implemented, he’s never touched upon and won’t cover the situation in the Government while assuming the position of the PM, however, he’ll speak on the occurrences and introduced works implemented in the field of fight against corruption, agriculture and etc.
