Armen Amiryan possesses 5 houses, 7 allotments, 2 public facilities

“Haykakan zhamanak” daily writes, “RA Minister of Culture Armen Amiryan has submitted the declaration on his property and incomes to the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials of Armenia. It turns out that he possesses 5 houses, 7 allotments, 2 public facilities, and the only movable property under his possession is Nissan Altima 2.5. The Minister of Culture provided AMD 120 million as a borrowing (which is usually in form of a deposit).

From the day of assuming his position Armen Amiryan had AMD 12 million and USD 45 thousand. Prior to being appointed a Minister, his income from salary comprised about AMD 3 million, AMD 526 thousand from the payment for rent, and by providing another territory for rent, he received income comprising USD 135 thousand.”
