For the first time RA Government’s action plan sounds good: Harutyun Mesrobyan

Management expert Harutyun Mesrobyan considers that the Government’s action plan can’t yet be perceived as a complete one. In his assessment, the action plan should have components, despite its being that of the Government or a corporation.

He stated at today’s meeting that one of the components is that it should be written what they intend to do, “In this case we speak of the Government, what kind of a state we want to build. Secondly, what crucial targets are existent for it to succeed. Thirdly, which steps are necessary that it was divided by periodicity, i.e. what crucial indices the state should provide once in three, six months or a year. These indices should be both quantitative and qualitative.”

In any case, H.Mesrobyan considers that for the first time the action plan submitted by RA Government sounds good, “Finally, concrete events have been enshrined, concrete deadlines are defined, new ideas are observed. And it feels like these aren’t toasts, although that action plan has some reflection of all former ‘toast’ action plans, it has positive sides as well.”
