AMD 1000 payments may be charged on voluntary basis
A proposal has been submitted on making AMD 1000 compulsory payments voluntary and the issue is subject to debate from first to second reading of the draft. RPA Faction Head Vahram Baghdasaryan told reporters about this at the NA.
“Compulsory principle may be a subject of discussion. Indeed, it can’t be implemented coercively. Those making such a proposal maybe intend to justify voting against. It was interesting to have against votes during such a proposal. There is no need to justify anyone, our public is gracious, it’ll forgive,” V.Baghdasaryan said, adding God forbid, if we will need that.
RPA Head didn’t exclude if the citizens refuse in written form, payment of AMD 1000 will be no more compulsory.
