OSCE to monitor NK line of contact in Askeran direction
In accordance to agreements reached with the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) authorities, the OSCE mission will carry out a monitoring in the line of contact of Nagorno KarabakhAzerbaijan on March 1 in the direction of Askeran region, in the vicinity of Shkhlyar settlement.
The ministry of foreign affairs of Nagorno Karabakh informed Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairpersonin-Office, and his field assistants Khristo Khristov (Bulgaria) and Gennadi Petrika (Moldova) will conduct the monitoring from the positions of the NKR Defense Army.
The authorities of Nagorno Karabakh expressed willingness to assist the monitoring and provide the security of the OSCE mission.
