I think I found what Einstein sought for 40 years and wouldn’t find: Artavazd Pelechian
“For this book there will be fights, attacks against me, or there will be absolute indifference, as people reading will consider that I have written something absurd,” world movie legend Artavazd Pelechian said about his work “My world and common theory of the field”, which took him half a century to create it.
Yesterday presentation of scientific-theoretical work “My world and common theory of the field” was launched at Cafesjian Center for the Arts, to which the author Armen Amiryan, Minister of Culture of Armenia, Hasmik Poghosyan, former Minister of Culture of Armenia, composer Tigran Mansuryan, painter Robert Elibekyan, political, cultural figures, Master’s amateurs brought their participation.
Official launching of the ceremony would yet last long, right as much as people’s line around the Master to have one example of the work signed by Artavazd Pelechian himself. However, decision was made to leave the process after the official ceremony, and presentation started with “We”, which he authored 39 years ago.
Then world famous composer Tigran Mansuryan with special warmth welcomed new achievement of his old friend,
“Saying something after this movie seems a bit improper, these cadres are so powerful. I know this movie yet from 1969 and I never stopped in-depth feeling this movie, admire his humor, energy, missing, return to home, in short, “We.” I had this book a few days ago. This should be watched with real depth. The book is astonishing. It turns out, everything Pelechian applies, no matter which creative dimension it may be, they bring as much admiration, as you don’t understand: how can a person move so far by the tracks of the art, enter depths of art he created to uncover various layers of human mind—let it be mythology, last scientific word, space, theory of common field…
I really wonder. The first impression I have is as follows: have Pelechian already possessed space calling his achievement my space? After this headline you should enter and see his decency toward the word. He writes the word “Earth”, “Theory of Relativity”, “Fatherland” uppercase, showing that they have an owner. This is his attitude, upon my perception, biggest manifestation of decency.”
Film critic Garegin Zakoyan, film director Hrant Vardanyan, politician Artashes Geghamyan, general director of Armauthor Susanna Nersisyan shared their views about the work with the audience. Obviously we all got admired and astonished, Pelechian surprised everyone—this is a masterpiece.
Finally, the author of the work—big poet of world movie, breaking space axioms taken for reality for decades, who challenged the world as an absolute innovator, at the same time, uncompetable with extreme modesty, not an amateur to chat, Artavazd Pelechian is on the stage.
“Let me say a few words, I don’t know what to start with…yet in the Soviet period there was “Literaturnaya gazeta” in our country, where there was a headline “Physicians are laughing”. Scientists were taking works of the art and discussing them. Until now I remember Alihanyan’s article in that newspaper about Mikhail Romm’s movie. Then I asked to myself: why isn’t there a headline “Lyric poets are laughing”, so that people of art could also say something about science? Let scientists forgive me, I think art is mighty and is ahead of it, as what science does, art does as well. However, what art does, the science isn’t able to do…” A.Pelechian said.
World movie titan, within his scientific-theoretical work, this time in the dimension of Space, attempts to explain to an ordinary reader,
“By the theory of relativity Einstein proposed a model for space, which we learn yet from kindergarten that there is plus (+) next to minus (-). Einstein observed space this way: the power of gravitation leads to tightening, accordingly, blasting, which means Space will disappear one day. However, next to plus-minus Einstein put the sign of “space constant”. American scientist Edwin Hubble brought forward another theory—the Space has a capacity to expand. That time Einstein refused from “space constant”, stating that it was the biggest mistake of his life. I say Einstein’s biggest mistake was refusing the “space constant”. He should have not refused it, but attempt to find a real sign to substitute conditional, abstract one, the real formula. I consider, I found what Einstein sought for years and wouldn’t find. From Ancient World to present we put a minus next to plus as an inviolable law.”
Artavazd Pelechian’s recent work—“My world and common theory of the field”, was published by 500 samples in Russian. It’s planned to print English version of the work as well. Upon author’s preference the work isn’t subject to selling.
