Baku’s hypocrisy is limitless: Tigran Balayan
Tigran Balayan, spokesman of the foreign ministry of Armenia, called Azerbaijan’s nomination of Polad Bülbüloğlu, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia, to the post of UNESCO head “hypocrisy”.
A person who urges to settle the Karabakh conflict militarily has been nominated, Balayan said on Twitter. “Baku’s hypocrisy is limitless.
The Ambassador, who is in favor of war, wants to head UNESCO,” he said.
Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Russia Polad Bülbüloğlu said in an interview to “Moscow Speaking” Radio that the diplomatic ways of settling the Nagorno Karabakh conflict proved to be ineffective, thus Baku is ready to choose the military path.
