I won’t believe until project and sources are known: Suren Karayan on Gagik Tsarukyan’s 15 billion investments

“I consider realistic the programs, funding of which is already available, when there is investment program, there is funding and implementer. Under those 3 circumstances only I consider programs realistic,” Suren Karayan, Minister of Economic Development and Investments of Armenia, told reporters today after the Cabinet meeting, replying to the question of 168.am how realistic are promises on investments—15 billion, 3.2 billion and etc.

According to him under PM’s stated 3.2 billion investments there are concrete projects and funding, and to believe in 15 billion investments, sources need to be checked, “Until the projects and sources are available, I won’t believe.”
