I accept and welcome any election results, held by free manifestation of people’s will: Charles Aznavour

World famous chansonnier Charles Aznavour is in Russia these days and is preparing for the upcoming concert. Today he met reporters and replied to the question related to parliamentary elections held in Armenia. He particularly said,

“I never speak of politics, although I have numerous friends in politics and during meetings with them we speak of art, literature, architecture, music. As for results of parliamentary elections I accept and welcome any election result, which took place by free manifestation of people’s will. Then, I don’t particularly sympathize people, who leave the country and start criticizing politics and the country.”
