Russia sees OSCE’s aspiration to settle NK conflict: Lavrov
Russia sees the efforts of the OSCE to settle the conflicts in Nagorno Karabakh and Transnistria, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told in a joint press conference with OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier.
“We see the aspiration of the OSCE to help to settle the conflicts in Transnistria and Nagorno Karabakh, as well as the organization’s active participation in the Geneva talks on security and stability in South Caucasus.
In all these directions there are serious obstacles for progress in settlement, but at least all the “external players” are interested in creating conditions for finding mutual concessions between the conflicting sides,” Lavrov said
