Azerbaijan releases updated ‘black list’
The Azerbaijani foreign ministry released the updated version of the country’s infamous ‘black list’, which includes the names of hundreds of foreigners who have visited Artsakh. The 50 page list includes 668 people. It is noteworthy that 4 dozens of names have been added in the updated version.
The newly added people are the observers of Artsakh’s recent constitutional referendum and participants of the bloggers’ conference. Moreover, despite the shameful extradition and arrest, blogger Alexander Lapshin is still included in the list.
The black-listed people are mostly from Russia (including dual and multiple citizenship holders) – 162 people, followed by 61 people from Germany, 47 from Italy, 44 from the US and 40 from France.
