This is what former Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ara Babloyan told ArmDaily.am, touching upon the fact that the Special Investigation Service has summoned him as a suspect within the scope of the charge brought against former deputy chief of staff of the National Assembly Arsen Babayan.

Ara Babloyan noted that he was interviewed within the scope of the case yesterday.

“They took me out of the operating room and drove me to an interview at the Special Investigation Service, after which I returned to the operating room and continued performing the surgery,” Babloyan said.
