116.000 square meters of territory cleared by Armenian de-miners in Syria
A group of Armenian de-miners, who are in Syria on a humanitarian mission, have cleared 1500 square meters of territory during the technical exploration and clearing operations from October 8 to 30, the Center for Humanitarian Demining and Expertise told Armenpress.
Overall, from February 15 up to now 116.000 square meters of territory have been cleared by the Armenian specialists.
In the same period the Armenian doctors have provided professional support to 688 people. 39 citizens have been provided with a surgical care. The Armenian doctors also provided medical care to 108 children. Overall, from February 15 up to now 6288 citizens in Syria have been provided with a medical care.
