Armenia and Russia are resuming regular bilateral air communication from February 1, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the Cabinet meeting.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has announced that Russian troops are training ahead of deployment to the “Russian-Turkish Joint Center” which monitors the Nagorno Karabakh ceasefire.
These were the means by which the needs of their families were taken care of, and now the properties of these residents are endangered, hampering their economic opportunities and a host of other rights of Armenia’s villagers.
A medical examination is underway to identify the bodies. According to preliminary information the deceased are reservists who were drafted during the war.
