Herbert Maurer, writer and interpreter from Austria, paid a visit to Armenia. He was in a group with Austrian jazzmen Christoff Chezh, Peter Herbert and Fabian Rucker, whose visit to Armenia was supported by the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Doctor Armen Mkrtchyan would never think that he would do his duty of saving lives on the account of his own life. Armen is an army doctor, who was dismissed from army as a result of catching 3rd grade hypertony sickness after 15 years of service in army border headquarters.

We have some topsoil there but it is not fertile and not important for the villagers. They will prefer that the Company takes the land”
