Edward Nalbandian, acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, started his press statement on the outcomes of Armenia-EU Council meeting with expressing condolences over the causalities of the Manchester Arena attack.
The Armenian delegation was led by foreign minister Edward Nalbandian, while the EU delegation was led by Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and VicePresident of the European Commission.
“Through such provocative activities they intend to disorientate the international community and direct the arrow toward Armenia. It’s already a new strategy and shelling their own borders, territories under their control and filming they haven’t thought that we and international organizations have the opportunity to film.”

The president extended condolences to the families of the victims and wished speedy recovery to the wounded. According to latest information, twenty-two people, including children, have been killed and 59 injured in a suspected suicide attack at Manchester Arena.
