On July 11, 2018, the Memorandum of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh Republic) on the state of the historical and cultural monuments in Artsakh and Azerbaijan was published at the United Nations (UN) official website.
