The “Review” project aired on 168 TV of “168 Hours” hosted John Eibner, an American human rights activist and president Christian Solidarity International (CSI) human rights organization, and Erich Vontobel, a member of the Swiss National Council, during their visit to Yerevan on the topic of “The state of religious freedom and the protection of human rights in Armenia”.
The Christian Solidarity International (CSI) human rights organization is deeply concerned about the human rights situation in Armenia regarding the crisis in Church-State relations and the arrests of the high-ranking clerics and supporters of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church. In an interview with “168 Hours”, John Eibner, President of CSI, spoke about the rights of political prisoners in Armenia, as well as the Armenian prisoners of war and political prisoners held in Baku, the right of Armenians to return to Nagorno-Karabakh, and the crucial importance of the Christian faith for the Armenians.
