In which Fields did Salaries Grow?
According to data issued by RA National Statistical Service in 2015 average monthly nominal salary in Armenia comprised AMD 171.615. From which: average salary in public sector comprised AMD 160.5222, and in private sector—AMD 184.416.
As compared to the previous year—2014, average monthly nominal salary has grown by 8.2%.
The highest temp of salary growth of 14.6% was recorded in the field of service. Despite this growth, salary of this field remains the lowest among other fields—AMD 101.302.
Salaries recorded 14.2% growth in the field of culture, entertainment and recreation, reaching to AMD 116.288.
Average salary in the field of construction has grown by 13.5%, thus, reaching to AMD 203.537.
The lowest temp of 0.3% was in the fields of electricity, gas, conditioned air supply and comprised AMD 225.888.
Salaries for the field of finance and insurance have reduced by 1.4%. Despite this decrease, the field of finance remains the leader regarding salaries.
Average salary in this field comprises AMD 391.478. Moreover, in public sector of this field salaries are higher (AMD 563.530), than in the private one (AMD 381.382).
