“The fact that a Symposium of such scale and importance is held in Armenia once again underlines the major role that Armenia plays in the development of the global IT industry,” – said Co-chairman of East West Design & Test Symposium, President of Synopsys Armenia and Chief Architect and Fellow at Synopsys Dr. Yervant Zorian.
The Org Committee of the East West Design & Test Symposium is happy to announce that this year the East West Design & Test Symposium (EWDTS’2016) will take place in Yerevan, during October 14-17 in the AGBU main hall (2 Melik Adamyan Street 2/1, Yerevan).
This year the Symposium will host more than 200 highly qualified professionals of the industry, R&D and academia from around the world. More than 20 keynote sessions and presentations will be featured at the Symposium Plenary sessions and panels.
This is a unique opportunity for Armenia’s scientific-academic and engineering community to participate in this Symposium, which is an exclusive event focused on exchange of experiences between the leading engineers, experienced technologists and scientists from Eastern and Western Europe, as well as North America and other parts of the world in the field of design automation and design, test, diagnostics and repair of electronic circuits and systems. The symposium will attract attendees also from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and countries around the Black Sea and Central Asia.
“The East West Design & Test Symposium was first held in Armenia in 2007, and to the day it is claimed by the participants to be one of the best Conferences out of all the 13, based on its format, comprehensive program as well as participation scale and geography. I believe that the 14th Conference will also register outstanding results. Furthermore, we expect that it will be among the most successful ones out of the 25 IEEE TTTC conferences throughout the world,” said East West Design & Test Symposium co-chairman, Synopsys Armenia President and Chief Architect and Fellow at Synopsys Dr. Yervant Zorian. “It is symbolic that the Symposium returns to Armenia now, when the 25th anniversary of our country’s independence is celebrated. The fact that a Symposium of such scale and importance is held in Armenia once again underlines the major role that Armenia plays in the development of the global IT industry.”
