Aram Ateshian committed robbery: the classmate uncovers dark pages of Ateshian’s biography
Sargis Hatspanyan, expert-analyst for regional issues, and Sahak Akkashi, classmate of Aram Ateshian, invited a press conference, during which Sahak Akkashi stated that Ateshian wasn’t socializing with anyone in the college, “There were 9 of us in the class, he was always alone.” His classmate also said that once they found an expensive Bible from his drawer, which, in his words, was stolen by Ateshian. At that time he aged 16.
To the observation of 168.am that the topic of the press conference is dark pages of Ateshian’s biography, and now they’ve called reporters to say that he was unsociable, Sargis Hatspanyan said, “Sahak Akkashi doesn’t have the experience of socializing with the press, that’s why he can’t properly introduce. Sahak told me that he was the only one not to socialize with his classmates, and didn’t join in walks. He repeatedly left for Bethlehem from Jerusalem, saying he had a relative there, who was a high-ranking priest, called Mesrop. Once there was an inspection at St. James Theological Seminary and a valuable Bible, belonging to the church of St. Bethlehem was found in his drawer. Thus, it was revealed, that he was transporting items. Another alumnus from Jerusalem—Khachik Balakchian, edified, that years ago Aram Ateshian sold a Bible to the Armenian Apostolic Church in Amsterdam, founded in 1774.”
In his words father Manuel Yerkatian was also arrested by his false edifice, who had a hard life in Turkish prisons.
