“In August and mid-July tension was recorded as in that period trainings of special subdivisions of Caspian Turks were over. Those military trainings were launched in the territory of Turkey and in the end of sniper courses all alumni were proving on Armenian borders that they’re specialists, and by shooting at Armenian soldiers and peaceful civilians, they were obtaining qualification. In short, I don’t anticipate anything in August, however I anticipate it in September and October,” he said.
“Azerbaijan didn’t review its revanchist and fascist approaches in any way, it’s their issue. If such a statement is made, we should somehow thank them for being frank from this perspective, they always state their purpose is annexation of Artsakh, destroying Artsakh, they don’t hide their approach. It’s strange, on the one hand we have such a neighbor, rather treacherous, and on the other hand, it frankly states on its intentions.”
“Under the conditions, when Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev touches upon unconditional return of liberated territories and exclusion of Karabakh’s independence, statements by the Armenian side regarding compromise resemble capitulation.”
“Currently Christianity faces serious challenges in the Middle East. Economic alert, unsafe conditions, terror and migration have serious implications. This situation isn’t only the concern of Christians, it should also become the concern of the Arabic world and Europe. It’s a bothering phenomenon, practical expression of which we are already observing,” Aram A said.

As the founding member, Armenia has always been convinced that CSTO intends to cooperate with NATO. We have not reached any tangible success in this issue yet, possibly because NATO is considered a more organized and acceptable structure. However, we do not observe our interests in the context of contradictions. We always wanted that interests of the USA and Russia coincided, and they had no conflicts.”
“Our perseverance makes us different from others, we don’t surrender. The other factor, which is more subjective, is that we preach justice and geniality. If we scientifically prove why it’s so, it’s linked to the fact, that we are the first nation to adopt Christianity. Hundreds of years ago our generations were brought up and grew on Ten Commandments, were brought up to be preacher of what to do properly. I think profession of a journalist is natural for us: in which other field the idea of public good may be preached, than by this profession?”

According to the latter, although Georgia didn’t obtain what it wanted—NATO membership plan, it recorded a serious progress.”
“A few important issues have been settled at Warsaw NATO Summit. First, NATO is deploying armed forces in Baltic countries and in Poland, which was also planned before. Poland and Baltic countries are becoming full NATO member countries. The verbal veto, which Russia had regarding this issue, was eliminated. Second, the fact, that it has been stated, that Georgia will become a NATO member country, and serious cooperation will be recorded with Ukraine, and here again Russia’s veto was removed regarding the states of post-Soviet space.”
