During the first day of the meeting, Arman Tatoyan presented the regulations of the Constitutional Law on “Human Rights Defender”, as well as the new legal solutions aimed at increasing the institutional influence level of the Ombudsman’s institute in Armenia.
“It is public knowledge that there have been efforts, as U.S. intelligence forces have said, by Russia to destabilize the U.S. political system,” Freeland told reporters in Parliament.
