Angela Merkel took a stand against the Saudi regime by refusing to wear a headscarf when she traveled to meet King Salman on Sunday.
She made this move just weeks after Theresa May was praised for declining to cover her head when she went for talks in Saudi Arabia, the Telegraph reported.
