Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Armenia has calculated preliminary results of parliamentary elections held on April 2 based on data received from all 2009 polling stations.
“Azerbaijan’s onslaught against de facto Nagorno Karabakh Republic took place on April 2, becoming the largest in-scale attack since the ceasefire of 1994, causing unprecedented casualties for both sides during 4 days. The territory of the Republic of Armenia was also subjected to attacks for a short period,” the report reads.
