A negotiating group has been formed in accordance to Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan’s decision with the purpose of negotiating with the EU over the comprehensive air transport agreement. Sergey Avetisyan, head of the General Department of Civil Aviation of Armenia is charged with leading the negotiations group.
