President of Artsakh to address the nation
President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan is expected to address the nation within the next hour.
He said he will “present the realities which are already recorded”.
Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan signed a deal on ending the war in Karabakh from 01:00 November 10. Russian peacekeepers are being deployed.
