Azerbaijan launches criminal cases against foreign companies cooperating with Artsakh
Azerbaijani Prosecutor General’s Office studied the material received from the country’s Foreign Ministry on foreign companies cooperating with Nagorno Karabakh Republic and launched a criminal case against them, reports haqqin.az.
According to the information provided by the press service of Azerbaijani Prosecution, heads of companies in Switzerland, Bulgaria, Uruguay, Argentina, Romania and others have “established companies throughout 1999-2017 in several cities and residences without state, enshrined by Azerbaijani legislation.”
Haik Watch and Jewelry Co, Rodino Haskovo JIC, Centro Ceibal, Deccan Gold Mines Ltd և Cosmote Romanian Mobile Telecommunications S.A companies are charged with “causing a big loss” to Azerbaijan. These companies are also accused of “implementing operations against violation of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity.” It’s also stated that investigation is underway.
