Gor Khudikyan, a 26 year old soldier of the Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army, was shot dead around 00:45, February 23, in a military base of the Defense Army stationed in the northern direction, in circumstances which are yet to be revealed.

A citizen, identified as N. Berberyan, reported to law enforcement agencies that on February 16 his friend H. Siradaryan and the latter’s cousin A. Oskanyan demanded him to return the money which he had borrowed from them, during which he was forcibly kept in a vehicle and threatened with physical violence, the Investigative Committee informed.
