I think nobody wants war so we have to look at all measures that we can take. We want to send a clear message that we believe that Russia’s actions aren’t acceptable and are out of the bounds of the international law.

Today we were informed that the EU 13 countries have worked out an action plan for continuing cooperation with countries of the Eastern Partnership project. In Armenia this project is called “European Package.”
In Armenia we notice a shocking phenomenon. The government calls all of its actions, even the most negative with a lofty goal – “We are doing it for the people.” It means they usually do it for the people, whose pockets are emptied for this goal.
In Armenia so far only 40 people have undergone regenerative plastic surgery, as announced by Gagik Stamboultsyan, director of Avan Guard medical center. Plastic regenerative surgeries allow correction of body defects through transplanting fat from the same body. Such surgeries help to make hands, neck and face younger, correct scars, as well as make breasts and other parts of the body bigger.

The parliament of Armenia has adopted a bill increasing the number of the Controller Commission members from 7 to 11. Five seats are given to RPA, and one seat to LS and each of the four non-government political parties represented in the parliament. The non-government parties claim that it is unacceptable to give majority in the commission to RPA, and for this reason they do not accept their seats.
