The US House of Representatives adopted the Armenian Genocide recognition resolution based on today’s voting results. There will be no changes in the resolution any more.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan believes that Russia has many levers to contribute to the safety of Armenians in Syria.
Armenia doesn’t perceive the situation in a way that we must make a choice between Europe and Russia,” Pashinyan told the Russian Kommersant newspaper in an interview.
House Rules Committee has cleared the Armenian Genocide Resolution (H.Res. 296) for vote of the full House of Representatives, ANCA reported.

“Next week, the House of Representatives will take a historic vote to officially recognize the Armenian Genocide. America must speak up in opposition to crimes against humanity, especially as Turkey threatens a new ethnic cleansing campaign in Northern Syria”, he said.
