Senor Hasratyan comments on lies of the Azerbaijani propaganda machine
The Defense Army of Artsakh responded to the lies of the Azerbaijani propaganda machine, which said the Artsakhi side wanted to down the helicopter of Azerbaijan’s defense minister. Senor Hasratyan, spokesman of the Defense Army of Artsakh, released a statement on Facebook in response to Azerbaijan’s disinformation.
“Azerbaijan’s another propaganda fiction stating that the Armenian side wanted to shoot down the helicopter of the country’s defense minister, was also “commented” on by the military agitprop with a typical primitivism, serving the personal interests of Hasanov.
This unfounded disinformation, which has nothing to do with reality, is simply aimed at solving two tasks – first of all to justify the aggression against a military unit of the Defense Army on May 15, and second of all to increase the “image” of Hasanov in the Azerbaijani society, to show in what kind of dangerous conditions the former deserter, who turned defense minister from an ordinary commissar, is operating,” Hasratyan said.
The spokesperson also reminded that the same agitprop used efforts to present Zakir Hasanov as personally coordinating the operations ‘against Armenian sabotage units’ in the frontline, the ‘best’ manifestation of whom was his ‘brilliant success’ in the direction of Martuni overnight February 24-25.
“It was on this very day when as result of a special operation designed by personally Hasanov, the Azerbaijani sabotage units crawled back to their initial positions, leaving five casualties on the battlefield, and then, according to his habit, asked for the international organizations’ mediation for recovering their own bodies. This is the real Hasanov, and there is no necessity of downing a helicopter transporting him, yet,” Hasratyan said.
