Russian “Nezavisimaya gazeta” reports about this, adding that Andrey Boytsov, First Deputy Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, is in the delegation headed by Dmitry Rogozin.

According to the magazine, this circumstance gives ground to consider that covered topics won’t bypass issues of supplying new armaments to Azerbaijan.

Reflecting to purchase of “Iskander-M” tactical missile system by Armenia, the magazine reports that experts, following Russia-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission session, express the opinion that Azerbaijan isn’t at all bothered by this circumstance.

Azerbaijani military expert Nadir Sakitoglu told the magazine that, in fact, Baku calmly reacted to the news on selling “Iskander” to Armenia, as “Russia is entitled to independently decide who to sell.”

However, at the same time, the expert stated that in the context of NK conflict Baku is entitled to get guarantees from Moscow that the military equipment, reactive systems and other types of armaments, provided to Armenia, won’t appear in Karabakh.
