Vardan Toghanyan appointed Armenia’s Ambassador to Russia
President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on March 10 signed a decree on appointing Vardan Toghanyan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Russia, press service of the President’s Office informed.
According to the President’s another decree, Oleg Yesayan was dismissed from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Russia.
