The Executive Body of the Republican Party of Armenia has issued a statement on the charge brought up against President of the Republican Party of Armenia, third President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan. The statement reads as follows:
Russia and Azerbaijan believe that an opportunity for finding compromise exists in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement issue, Russian FM Sergey Lavrov said on December 3 in Baku during a joint press conference with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov, according to TASS.

One soldier has died and another one was wounded after sustaining gunshot wounds in “circumstances that are still unknown”, the Defense Ministry of Artsakh said in a news release.
We strongly condemn the ceasefire violation by Azerbaijan which caused a severe injury to Rafael Azizyan, (born in 1997) a serviceman of the Artsakh Defense Army. This unprovoked incident caused by a sniper shot indicates that the Azerbaijani side makes a deliberate attempt to violate the ceasefire.
Contractual serviceman Rafael Azizyan born in 1997 was injured by Azerbaijani shooting on November 29 at about 15:15 in the north-eastern military positions of the Defense Army of Artsakh.

The session was attended by the leaders of the CSTO member states – Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. The narrow format session of the leaders was followed by an extended format session with the participation of the delegations.
