The Armed Forces of Armenia have opened warning shots as Azerbaijani troops were attempting to carry out engineering works in the frontline, according to Armenia military spokesperson Artsrun Hovhannisyan.
Armenia has expressed “serious concern” regarding the latest incidents in Baghdad which have led to human loses, the foreign ministry said in a statement.
The Chairman of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan has been charged by the Special Investigations Service (SIS) under Paragraph 2, Article 308 (Abuse of power that has caused serious consequences), SIS spokesperson Marina Ohanjanyan said.
