A Yerevan court has approved the State Revenue Committee Investigative Department’s motion to place SPAYKA executive Davit Ghazaryan under a customary two-months pre-trial detention period.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan today spoke about the delays of social benefit payments during the Cabinet meeting, demanding explanations from ministers.
“The negotiations should continue, but we also should understand that as long as the conflict is not solved, we, as a state and people, must be ready for any development”, the PM said.
