On October 31, another incident occurred between the Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) Alen Simonyan and a journalist covering the work of the NA. 15 years ago, Mikheil Saakashvili’s Georgia was widely regarded by geopolitical observers as a textbook example of what you should not do if you were a former Soviet republic.
