To the question which territories might be the talks about, Artsakh’s FM mentioned that the territories that are inseparable part of Artsakh are part of Artsakh’s security system. “Any change that can jeopardize Artsakh’s security is inadmissible. To the question if the army will oppose the surrender of territories, Movses Hakobyan answered that the army will do whatever the political leadership decides. “Moreover, we need new and better territories that will ensure the security of Artsakh”, Hakobyan said.
