President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on March 10 signed a decree on appointing Vardan Toghanyan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Russia, press service of the President’s Office informed.
A police spokesman said the suspected attacker had been taken into custody. One of those attacked was seriously injured. The spokesman said police were investigating whether more attackers had been involved but had no indication of that.
