OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Ambassadors Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, Stéphane Visconti of France; and Richard Hoagland of the United States of America, as well as Personal Representative of the ChairpersoninOfce Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk have arrived in Azerbaijan, APA reported.
“Today Azerbaijan is regularly breaching the ceasefire regime, therefore the Armed Forces of Armenia, the Defense Army of Artsakh are forced to adequately respond to the adversary’s actions and prevent attempts of solving the conflict militarily,” he said.
“They will also be in Artsakh. We must try to continue the process of creating appropriate conditions for negotiations,” Nalbandian said. The FM added first of all events like those that happened in April 2016 must be ruled out.
