Speaking about the military operations of April, Dolzer regretfully noted that Germany’s ally: Erdogan’s Government, is pushing forward an unconstructive policy and is assisting Azerbaijan in many actions. “As a peaceful party, we are fighting for the peaceful solution of the conflict”, he said.
According to him, it is possible that this had a serious impact on Eurobonds of Turkey since Turkish leaders made different speeches over that issue during that time. “Azerbaijan’s Eurobonds were somehow influenced by it, however, we did not have any problems from that perspective”, Javadyan concluded.
